1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
✅ You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence of the issue.
✅ The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and legal compliance, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used THC products, including edibles, concentrates, cartridges, and disposables.

  • Products not in their original packaging.

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Items returned without prior authorization.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request:

2️⃣ Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
3️⃣ Wait for our team to review and approve your request before returning the item.

4. Return Shipping

  • If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

✅ We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
✅ If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us with your order details.

8. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
